What Information do I need to place an order?
We would need your contact information so that we will be able to contact you during the ordering process. We would need the name of the deceased, along with the dates of their lifespan, design, granite color desired and any other elements you would like to see on the memorial.
Do I need to contact the cemetery?
No. We will contact the cemetery for you to make sure that they approve of the marker that you have chosen.
Can the cemetery refuse the marker I order from Forever Memories?
No. We verify that the marker fits within their rules and regulations.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash or check. We also offer payment plans, such as 90 days same as cash.
How long does everything take?
Generally it is a 6-8 week process. This includes the ordering process, your approval of the computer proof (which will insure all names are spelled correctly, dates are correct and the design is everything you intended for it to be) and the setting of the monument. Please also keep in mind that the 6-8 week can be delayed due to changes in the weather.
